Can Anti impotence pills really reduce the risk of a heart attack?

Impotence has always been a problem facing men from time immemorial. This problem leads men to look for ways to look for a way to rectify this problem.
Recent researches has produced whole list of different anti impotence pills.
As the use of these pills grow, so grows fears of side effects from the use of these anti impotence pills.
Luckily for us, scientists have been conducting reseaches to see into the effects of the anti impotence pills on human.
Some days ago, an argument arrose on the topic of the side effects of anti impotence pills. I then decided to find more information on the topic and here is my findings.

This production of Nitric Oxide was manifested by the drug increasing the protein levels of two enzymes responsible for Nitric Oxide synthesis. The model that was conducted in a Petri dish shows that Nitric Oxide produced from Viagra slowed down the death of cells by making Mitochondria stable, inhibiting caspase 3 ( This protein is believed to be the key factor in cell suicide ),and increasing the level of anti-death protein, Bcl-2. The research suggested that the drug may slow down or even reverse the progressive loss of hear cell during a heart attack or heart failure in patients who suffer from coronary artery disease. It was also discovered that sildenafil protects against necrosis, accidental cell death that occurs due to poor or bad exposure to oxygen, apoptosis, death of cells as a result of DNA fragmentation. The presence of phosphodieterase-5 (PDE-5) further proves the theory. PDE-5 is an enzyme that is responsible for the destruction of cGMP molecule which plays an important role in the dilation of arteries. Sildenafil preserves this cGMP, thereby causing dilation of the arteries by blocking the effects of PDE-5. In this way the anti impotence pill helps in reducing the risk of a heart attack. These days, there are many male anti impotence pills on the market from different manufacturers.
Choosing the right anti impotence pill is a tedious job judging from the many types on the market. Many people who use these male anti impotence pills opt for one or the other depending on effectiveness/price ratio, availability, and some other aspects like side effects.
